Please read this carefully — it explains exactly how deposits, order funding, profit, and your Security Reserve work on thewarehouse.business.
thewarehouse.business (“the Platform”) operates its own seller stores — under different store names — across multiple marketplaces (currently eBay, Walmart, and The Warehouse NZ). When a customer places a real order on one of these live store listings, an approved seller on the Platform can fund that order’s cost price from their wallet. thewarehouse.business then purchases, packs, and delivers the item end-to-end through that marketplace. Once the marketplace confirms delivery, the seller who funded the order receives their principal back plus a profit share (subject to a platform fee) once the order is delivered.
Deposits are credited to your wallet once verified. thewarehouse.business may reject a deposit that cannot be verified.
Every order assigned to you is a real, already-placed sale on one of the Platform’s live marketplace stores — not speculative inventory or a synthetic listing. No LLC, business registration, warehouse, or bulk inventory purchase is required from you to participate. Assigned orders must be funded within the deadline (currently 48 hours). Profit margin and the platform fee are set by thewarehouse.business and shown on the Platform; displayed rates (typically 5–7%, depending on your seller stage) are illustrative, not guaranteed, and may change.
If an order isn’t funded in time, the Platform may auto-fund it from your Security Reserve. In that case no profit is credited for that order and a strike is recorded on your account; repeated strikes can lead to reduced order limits, a wallet hold, or suspension.
You may withdraw your available wallet balance, subject to limits shown on the Platform and thewarehouse.business review/approval.
We may suspend or terminate an account for false information, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, and may place a temporary/permanent hold on the wallet pending investigation.
Funding orders involve financial risk. Past or displayed profit margins do not guarantee future results and are not a guaranteed return, and you should not deposit funds you cannot afford to have tied up or lose. The Platform is not a bank and wallet balances are not insured.
References to eBay, Walmart, and The Warehouse NZ describe the real marketplaces on which the Platform operates its own seller stores and fulfils funded orders. thewarehouse.business is an independent, self-operated seller on these marketplaces and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc., Walmart Inc., or The Warehouse Group unless expressly stated in writing.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I/we acknowledge and accept that thewarehouse.business maintains full authority over the account. Furthermore, the Platform assumes no liability for any financial or operational losses incurred.
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the update.
